How do I start a project?
Start with Get Started. You tell us what you are trying to accomplish, the service you are interested in, and some basic project information. We then guide you toward the appropriate package or next step.
Do you work with businesses remotely?
Yes. Meridian Studio works with businesses remotely across different locations.
Which website platform should I choose?
It depends on your business. Shopify is particularly strong for e-commerce. WordPress offers extensive flexibility and content capabilities. Wix and Squarespace can be excellent choices for businesses that want polished websites with simpler management. We help you determine the most appropriate option.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We can audit your existing website, identify problems, redesign the experience, improve UX and mobile usability, strengthen conversion paths, and implement the approved changes.
Do you only build websites?
No. We provide web design, Shopify, WordPress, landing pages, SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, e-commerce marketing, conversion optimization, and website care.
Can you write my website content?
Yes. Copywriting can be added to a project or included within a custom scope. You can also provide your own content.
Do you provide ongoing SEO?
Yes. We offer both one-time SEO foundations and ongoing SEO Growth and SEO Authority services.
Do you manage social media?
Yes. Our social media packages can include strategy, content planning, captions, graphics, carousels, short-form content concepts, scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and reporting.
Do you run paid advertising?
Paid advertising spend is not included in standard social media management packages. Paid advertising strategy and campaign services can be scoped separately.
How many revisions are included?
Standard packages include two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or major changes outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.
How long does a website take?
Project timelines depend on scope and complexity. Typical website projects range from approximately one to four weeks. Your confirmed timeline is provided before work begins.
Do I need to provide website content?
No. You can provide your own content, or we can provide copywriting as an additional service or within a custom project.
Can I update my website after launch?
Yes. The exact level of control depends on your platform and project. We build with practical ongoing management in mind.
What happens after launch?
You can manage the website yourself or continue working with Meridian through SEO, email marketing, social media, e-commerce marketing, conversion optimization, and Website Care.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Project payment schedules depend on the project value and are explained before work begins.
What if my project doesn't fit a package?
We scope it as a custom project. Custom projects begin with discovery, followed by a proposal covering scope, timeline, pricing, and payment milestones.
What if I don't know what I need?
That is completely fine. Choose "I'm not sure / Help me choose" in Get Started and we will guide you.
